You’ll be the first point of contact for our gym members, working on the front desk handling day-to-day receptionist duties. Your main responsibilities will include processing new memberships, managing cancellations and upgrades, answering member enquiries, and booking members into fitness classes using our booking system. You’ll also help keep the reception area clean and tidy, greet members warmly as they arrive, and sometimes assist with admin tasks like filing and data entry.
