About this apprenticeship
You will:
• Learn how to process material to the required production plan and applied standard operating procedures• Learn and adhere to all safety regulations and policies• Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors• Maintain an organised work area• Participate in required training programs• Develop an understanding of the manufacturing process

• College will be based within Bicester, please make sure that you have viable means of travel in order to attend

Engineering Technician – Apprenticeship Standard:
Company Training Plan
Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering
Foundation Competencies (full time at college for Year 1)
Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering –
Development Knowledge (1 day per week for 2 years at college)
Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering – Development Competence (workplace)
Level 2 Functional Skills – maths (if required)
Level 2 Functional Skills – English (if required)
