You’ll be working alongside our experienced beauty therapists in a busy, welcoming salon environment. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting clients, preparing treatment rooms, assisting therapists during consultations and treatments, sterilising equipment, and learning about our range of services including facials, massages, waxing, and nail treatments. You’ll observe how therapists conduct consultations with clients, asking questions about skin type, allergies, and desired outcomes, then help to set up the perfect treatment experience.
During this placement, you’ll develop crucial customer service and communication skills by interacting with real clients in a professional setting.
