About this apprenticeship
Monitor and report on the connectivity status of customer systems
Check system reachability and liaise with Field Service Engineers to resolve connectivity issues
Review previous connection attempts and identify recurring issues
Support engineers with the installation and configuration of edge routers and 4G routers
Assist with customer VPN migrations and remote connectivity requests
Manage customer exclusion lists and maintain accurate system records
Produce regular reports on connectivity performance and installation success rates
Communicate with customers regarding remote connectivity and service updates
Support the UK & Ireland Remote Support Lead and wider Field and Remote Engineering teams
Gain hands-on experience supporting the IT infrastructure that enables critical healthcare technology across the UK
