About this apprenticeship
Support customers with general queries via email and phone
Support clubs applying for funding for grass pitches and other Football Foundation Grants alongside enrolment of clubs to FA funding programmes
Support with grass pitch testing and provide advice of relevant funding to clubs and other organisations
Support with reviews of 3G pitch usage, including attending steering group meetings where required to ensure community outcomes are met
Support the business in delivering excellent customer service through effective communication
Execute tasks as required to meet the Berks & Bucks FA changing priorities
Training
Business Administrator Level 3.
This role will be based out of the Berks & Bucks FA offices in Milton Park.
Berks & Bucks Football Association Limited, Bee House. 140 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, OX14 4SB.
However, there will be opportunities for remote working as appropriate.
Abingdon and Witney College are the training provider and training on campus will commence on Wednesdays 09:30 – 16:30.

What you could go on to do
Work within County FA structure within Football. Other development opportunities could include working for governing bodies in other sports or charities involved in sport.
