Requirements

No experience needed. Just bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to support a great cause.

Tip: Use the Dy button in the top bar to switch to a dyslexia-friendly font, or A+ for larger text.

Make a real difference to people’s lives while gaining brilliant retail and customer service skills for your CV — all while supporting life-saving heart disease research.

You will work in one of our Home Stores or Clothing shops, helping customers find what they need, handling the till, sorting donations and keeping the shop looking great. You’ll meet loads of different people every day and be part of a friendly team that genuinely cares about the cause.

You will develop customer service skills, learn how to work as part of a team, build your confidence, and discover how a charity actually operates. You’ll also get a certificate at the end showing exactly what you’ve learned — perfect for your next job application.

This role is ideal if you’re thinking about retail management, business, customer service, or working in the charity or healthcare sectors. Even if you’re unsure what you want to do next, this experience will open doors.

This is perfect for you if you enjoy meeting people, want to give something back to your community, and are ready to develop skills that employers actually want.
