Working alongside the Directors and the Operations Manager you will form part of an exciting team where you gain a wealth of experience and be fully involved in seeing the output of your own work and projects:

Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Reconciling bank statements and financial records
Supporting payroll administration and expense processing
Maintaining accurate financial data using accounting software
Preparing financial reports and management information
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
Supporting month-end and year-end accounting processes
Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders regarding financial queries
Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
SBTS use software packages – Xero and Bright Pay
