About this apprenticeship
Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll gain a deep understanding of teaching support through:
Assisting with the delivery and implementation of learning activities
Evaluating lesson plans and suggesting improvements
Leading small group and one-on-one activities independently
Collaborating with teachers to deliver learning objectives
Adapting to meet individual learner needs in a dynamic classroom environment

Training
Shaping Lives develops, nurtures, and grows skilled educators, equipping them with the essential skills, confidence, and resilience to fulfil their own potential. Upon completion of this 18-month Apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Teaching Assistant L3 Apprenticeship.
What you could go on to do
Fixed-term with possibility for permanent placement after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
