About this apprenticeship

Being a Studio Administrator at Good Vibes is a key role that ensures the smooth running of our business. You’ll work with teachers, schools, customers, students and colleagues on a daily basis making sure that they receive the best possible experience.
Your Responsibilities:

Welcome – Greet students and families warmly, provide programme information, and support all enquiries in person, by phone, or email
Support – Assist teachers and students with administrative tasks (e.g. enrolments, payments, calendar changes)
Grow – Follow up with trial students to encourage sign-ups and identify new revenue opportunities through conversations and feedback
Maintain – Oversee the day-to-day safety and presentation of the studio; manage equipment maintenance, supplies, and facilities including fire, security, lifts, and utilities
Lead – Delegate tasks to a small team of Studio Assistants and our superb Studio Cleaner, creating rotas and ensuring a consistent Good Vibes’ approach
Co-ordinate – Support with organising events and exams, manage room and staff timetables, arrange replacements when team members are off sick, report on studio and school activity, and act as key holder for building security

Training

The apprentice will work towards the Business Administrator Standard. Attending group training once a month at WBTC in Newbury and with a monthly 1-1 with their Training Consultant.

Ongoing training and personal development are encouraged, the opportunity to move into a supervisory role could be available to the right apprentice.
