About this apprenticeship
Providing chairside support during a range of NHS and private treatments
Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials
Maintaining excellent infection prevention and control standards
Supporting and reassuring patients
Maintaining accurate clinical records
Working closely with dentists and the wider practice team
Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Undertaking additional duties as required, including compliance and administrative tasks
Training
Training will be provided by the Senior Dental Nurses and Dentists on site, paid time for study leave.
